Tamara Almeida delivers its products in perfect conditions (see 3.1. Terms and Conditions) throughout Switzerland to the address that you provide on the order form.

Upon request, shipments can be made worldwide through our courier DHL Express or UPS. Free shipments for Switzerland customers through our courier Post AG.

We do our best to process and ship your Tamara Almeida product. There is usually 24 hours processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

The delivery will occur during working days from Monday to Friday, during working hours in the relevant country. Excluding holidays.

The delivery time varies greatly between countries. Usually occurs in 1-2 working days in Switzerland. Rest of the world occurs in 1-5 working days.

Tamara Almeida shall not be held responsible for any problems related to the delivery if the delivery address has not been provided by you on the order form or is incorrect. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

The risk of your purchase passes to you at the time of your order confirmation.

All shipments will require a legible signature of the customer upon delivery.

SWITZERLAND shipping: FREE – with Post AG

WORLDWIDE shipping: FREE – with DHL Express/UPS

For deliveries outside of Switzerland, you assume at your sole expense, all taxes related to your shipment, including customs fees. International orders are shipped as DDU “Unpaid Duties Delivered”, so you are responsible for the payment of these fees and taxes. Custom duties will be paid at the moment of receiving the package.

Tamara Almeida has no control over the amount of these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Customs policies as well as import charges vary greatly between countries, so that only the prices established by the country of the place of delivery are valid. For any additional information, you should contact the local customs office directly. 


All the products sold via this website cannot be returned or refund. We do not offer the possibility to our international orders due to high custom rates at return. 

For Switzerland customers the products can be returned as long as you return for an exchange. Indicating in a timely manner of 14 days of your purchase the intention to return the products by sending an e-mail at (see. Terms & Conditions 7.1). 

Shipping costs for the returns and exchanges is borne by you.

The product should either be sent back in the same box used in the dispatch it to the client, or in a similar packaging that guarantees the product will be returned in perfect conditions as the delivered (see. Terms & Conditions 3.1).
